Road Marking Machines Preheater

Road Marking Material Preheater fitted with a water-cooled 9 BHP diesel engine, reduction gear power transmission ideal for continuous stirring providing homogeneous molten thermoplastic. The system is heated by LPG, through heavy-duty, high-pressure radial burners of the high standard available in the heating industry can be operated continuously for 8-10 hours. All pipe works, valves, and regulators are easily accessible. Hand torch fitted for trouble-free operation. Equipment is skid mounted, can be transported in a mini truck. This will act as a feeder vehicle to a hand-propelled or automatic applicator to produce 500 M2 of marking a day.

All Unimark vertical preheaters are supplied with powerful hydraulic motor is driven agitators, with the pump driven by electric start diesel engines. The base mounting allows easy fitting to any vehicle or trailer. The burner system is designed to give very fast heat up time and is controlled by our electronic gas management system with thermostat, auto-ignition and flame-out protection. Economical in use with full wrap around insulation which also gives operator protection. 12 V diesel oil burner systems can also be supplied if preferred. 

Unimark horizontal preheaters are available as a direct flame or indirect oil jacket heated.
Mainly used for anti-skid thermoplastic but can be used for high volume road marking thermoplastic or bitumen works. The powerful hydraulic agitators will mix and melt the heaviest of materials efficiently.
